Welcome to Dolar138 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Dolar138"). This platform is operated by a responsible company holding a valid operating licence to provide online betting services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and Dolar138. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Dolar138 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to register for or use the Dolar138 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those amendments.

This Terms & Conditions document is provided in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of our Malaysian members. In the event of any conflict between the translated version and the original, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail for Malaysian members.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Dolar138 platform is RESTRICTED to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Dolar138 takes the protection of minors seriously and will close any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an underage individual.

2.2 One Account Limit

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only ONE (1) account on Dolar138. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances and winnings without compensation.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Dolar138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide valid verification within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Regional Restrictions

The dolar138 platform is designed exclusively for users in Malaysia. Access from restricted regions is prohibited, and dolar138 reserves the right to terminate any account found to be using a VPN or proxy service to bypass regional restrictions.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Dolar138 account login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other party.

Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — remains your responsibility until it is reported to us. Dolar138 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Dolar138 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Do not save your password in a web browser on any device shared with others.
• Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Contact dolar138 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Dolar138 accepts deposits through approved Malaysian payment methods only. All accepted payment methods are:

4.1 General Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Dolar138 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used, at any time.
• Any deposit made with deliberate intent to commit fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Funds deposited into your dolar138 account are strictly for wagering purposes — they are not a savings instrument and do not accrue interest.

Dolar138 members are entitled to withdraw their account balance subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is RM50,000. Dolar138 VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit ("source of funds" principle).

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay).
• Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take between 1–24 business hours.
• First-time withdrawals from a new account may take longer to process due to security verification requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions After Claiming a Bonus

Members who have claimed any bonus at Dolar138 must fulfil the wagering requirements associated with that bonus before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Withdrawal of the original deposit balance (excluding bonus winnings) remains permitted without meeting the wagering requirements; however, doing so will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Dolar138 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the promotion:

• Each bonus type may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are for wagering purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically voided.
• Dolar138 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are indications of misuse, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• The dolar138 welcome bonus is available to new members only who have not previously held an account on our platform.

Dolar138's Sports Betting section covers football (EPL, Champions League, Malaysia Super League), badminton, e-sports, tennis, basketball, and many more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are only accepted when your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed by the dolar138 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature, where available for eligible bets.

7.2 Result Determination

• Betting results are determined based on official outcomes issued by the relevant governing body or sports authority.
• For football matches, results are based on full-time outcomes (90 minutes + stoppage time). Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for standard markets unless specifically stated.
• If the official result is disputed, Dolar138 will refer to a trusted secondary source to determine the outcome.

7.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours (or 72 hours for certain leagues), all bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account balance. For in-play (Live Match) bets, cancellation policies may vary depending on the timing and market type.

The Dolar138 casino section covers live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and virtual sports. The following rules apply:

• All casino games at Dolar138 use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• For Live Casino, real dealers host the game via live video stream. Results announced by the dealer are final.
• Winnings from slots or casino games arising from technical faults, software errors, or system disruptions will not be paid out and will be voided.
• Virtual sports use a licensed RNG algorithm to determine the outcome of each simulated match. Results are random and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Betting limits for each casino game are displayed within the respective game interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Dolar138 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Multiple account ownership – Registering or using more than one account, whether in your own name or on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse – Exploiting bonuses through hedge betting between accounts or with a partner.
• Use of bots or automation – Using any software, script, or automated mechanism to place bets or access the platform.
• Money laundering – Using the Dolar138 platform to transfer or conceal money derived from illegal sources.
• System manipulation – Exploiting technical bugs, system errors, or incorrect odds with fraudulent intent.
• False information – Providing false documents or information to dolar138 for any purpose.
• Use of VPN to bypass restrictions – Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to access the platform from a restricted region.

Dolar138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There are indicators of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Dolar138 customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dolar138 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory directives.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any betting outcome resulting from a member's own interpretation of statistical information or analysis provided by the platform.

Dolar138 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of any material changes through:

• An in-platform notice upon your next login.
• Email to the address registered to the member's account.
• Notice via the news section or updates on the dolar138 homepage.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent amendment to these Terms. Your continued use of the dolar138 platform after any amendments take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
